The Mrs. and I recently took our son, Rocco, on his first trip to Hooters. He seemed to enjoy himself so we are considering the chain as a destination for his future birthday parties.

Following in the footsteps of Kobayashi, Sonya “Black Widow” Thomas and Bobby Brady, I recently competed in my first eating contest. The Dragon (best known for his flashy costume and referring to himself in the third person) devoured 48 buffalo wings in five minutes. The event raised over $1500 for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Oncology Unit. Indigestion is a small price to pay to fight childhood cancer.
I’ve been considering buying a fancy dancy camera so that I can take fancy dancier photos. A pal lent me his for a test drive and I did what any new father would do, I photographed some of my old action figures.
Baby Rocco finally squiggled his way into the world on the morning of January 29th. My wife, Heather, and I have been smoking celebratory cigars, talking baby talk and swaddling ever since. Check out the Mrs.’s corner of the web for more snapshots.

Formation Skateboard Company proprietor, Lorenzo Errico, and I are interviewed during a Philadelphia gallery reception. This former student runs the daily business operations and I supply all of the artwork and designs. Truly a match made in middle school!
